Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pega Lead Business Analyst (LBA) with 5-7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) with hands-on project experience in Pega implementations. Agile expertise is a plus.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Pega applications.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and document them effectively.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Drive requirement-gathering workshops and create BRD, FSD, and user stories.
• Configure and design business processes within the Pega platform.
• Support testing teams with test case creation and validation.
• Ensure smooth implementation, rollout, and user adoption of Pega solutions.
• Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story refinement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pega CPBA Certification is mandatory.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Pega projects.
• Strong understanding of Pega platform capabilities and best practices.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience in Pega 8.x versions.
• Prior experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Telecom domains.
