Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 7 to 11 years of experience in Pega technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Pega DevOps Pega Platform Pega Integration and other related skills. This role involves designing and implementing robust Pega solutions to enhance our business processes and drive efficiency. Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of Pega applications with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance on Pega DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployment and operations.
• Conduct Pega sizing and capacity planning to optimize system performance.
• Monitor and control Pega applications to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards.
• Manage Pega release processes to ensure timely and accurate deployments.
• Perform Pega performance tuning to enhance application efficiency.
• Oversee the installation and configuration of Pega environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Pega processes and configurations.
• Provide training and support to team members on Pega technologies.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of Pega systems to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Pega DevOps practices.
• Demonstrate expertise in Pega Platform and its various components.
• Have experience in Pega Integration to ensure seamless connectivity with other systems.
• Show proficiency in Pega Sizing and Capacity Planning for optimal performance.
• Be skilled in Pega Monitoring and Control to maintain system reliability.
• Have knowledge of Pega Release Management for efficient deployment processes.
• Be adept at Pega Performance Tuning to enhance application efficiency.
• Have experience in Pega Installation and configuration.
• Domain experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus.
