PEGA Developer Looking for an expert in Pega Smart Dispute, CSSA certification, and banking experience. Location - Hyderabad (Near Cyber towers) No REMOTE (100% on Site ) Client - TSYS (Client - TSYS (Total System Services, Inc.,) is an American financial technology company headquartered in Columbus, Georgia. With over 12 years of total experience, a strong background in smart dispute management, and holding a CSSA (Certified Senior Support Analyst) certification, you could explore various roles within the banking sector that require expertise in dispute resolution, customer support, and financial services. 1. Pega Smart Dispute Proficiency: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in utilizing Pega Smart Dispute software to manage and resolve disputes efficiently within a banking or financial services environment. 2. CSSA Certification: Possession of a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification from Pegasystems, indicating advanced knowledge and skills in designing and implementing Pega applications, including Smart Dispute solutions. 3. Banking Experience: Extensive experience working in the banking or financial services industry, with a deep understanding of banking operations, payment processing, dispute resolution processes, and regulatory compliance requirements. 4. Pega Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Pega platform, including its various components, such as case management, decisioning, user interface development, and integration capabilities. 5. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify pain points in existing processes, and design effective Pega Smart Dispute solutions to address business needs and improve operational efficiency. 6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences. 7.
