Job Title : Pega Designer / Pega Developer

Location : Bangalore
Date for Face to Face round- 26 Sep,24
Timing : 10 am -11 am

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Application Design and Development :
• Design and develop business applications using Pega platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system design.
• Create technical designs, system architecture, and process flows.
• Customization and Configuration :
• Customize and configure Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) to meet business needs, including workflows, user interfaces, and integration points.
• Develop and maintain Pega applications using Pega BPM (Business Process Management) tool.
• Pega Rules and Case Management :
• Implement Pega's rules engine and case management framework to create automated business processes.
• Design and implement rule sets, decision trees, activities, and declarative rules.
• Integration and API Development :
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using SOAP/REST web services, MQ, or other middleware technologies.
• Develop APIs for seamless integration and data exchange between different systems.
• Quality Assurance and Testing :
• Conduct unit testing and collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the application meets the required standards.
• Address and resolve any application issues during the testing phase.
• Documentation and Compliance :
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and process flow diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end users to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

• Technical Skills :
• Pega PRPC : Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC 7.x/8.x, including application design and development.
• Pega Frameworks : Experience with various Pega frameworks like Pega Customer Service, Pega Marketing, etc.
• Programming Skills : Proficiency in Java, J2EE, XML, and SQL.
• Integration : Experience with web services (SOAP/REST), APIs, and middleware.
• Database Management : Understanding of relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,318,286.92 - ?2,428,398.45 per year
