:Role: Application Development PrincipalExperience: 13-15 YrsLocation: Chennai or any location in India which has LTIMindtree officeTechnical Skills: (Primary)

- Having 12-15+ years of hands on experience with Pega PRPC 8.6- Good expertise in using Eclipse, Intellij, GIT, Spring-JPA, Oracle Database, PostgresSQL, Springboot- Experience in using Maven, CI/CD - Jenkins, Newrelic, Splunk, Postman- Experienced in Pega upgrade, particularly from 8.x versions to Infinity or later- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve team & organizational goals.- Should have can-do attitude, strong analytical skills, be a problem solver and a self-starterCustomer service & leadership

• Guides the company on strategic Application Development decisions and provides advice that has a significant impact on strategic planning. Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise wide systems (e.g., finance, human resources, payroll, supply chain, client relationship management) across functional areas. Plans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation. Develops test plans and protocols for evaluation of system performance. Conducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Coordinates system upgrade activity. Possesses industry-wide authority and represents the organization externally. Widely recognized Application Development expert and thought leader by both internal and external community and is responsible for the technical leadership of a major department/multiple departments across a function.

Education:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
