Description

• The Consultant Pediatrician will be responsible for providing primary care services to pediatric patients, specializing in neonatology.
• They will collaborate with other physicians and medical staff to ensure the best care possible for young patients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring age-appropriate treatment and support.
• Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, injuries, infections, and developmental disorders.
• Conduct regular health check-ups, monitoring growth, development, and overall wellness.
• Administer and manage immunization schedules according to healthcare guidelines.
• Educate parents and caregivers on preventive care, nutrition, hygiene, and developmental milestones.
• Prescribe medications and therapies tailored to pediatric needs and sensitivities.
• Address emotional and behavioral issues in children, providing guidance and referrals as needed.
• Perform minor medical procedures, such as wound care and suturing.
• Maintain accurate patient records, following confidentiality and data protection protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and appropriate referrals.

Qualifications:

• Medicine, Pediatrics, and Neonatology skills
• Experience in primary care and working with physicians
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate care to pediatric patients
• Board certification in Pediatrics
• Experience in a clinical setting is a plus
• Medical degree from an accredited institution

Preferred Education

DCH (Diploma in Child Health), MD Pediatrics, DM Pediatric

Pay: ?125,000.00 - ?175,000.00 per month
