Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for Pre-Engineered Buildings based on architectural and structural drawings provided by the client.
• Utilize industry-standard software (such as AutoCAD, or similar) to create precise and accurate drawings.
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.
• Review and interpret design drawings to identify potential issues and offer solutions for efficient construction.
• Coordinate with project managers, fabricators, and erection teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance detailing processes and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address queries and provide project updates.
• Position Overview:
• As a Detailer (PEB) specializing in AutoCAD, you will play a pivotal role in transforming conceptual designs into accurate technical drawings and models.
• Your attention to detail and proficiency in AutoCAD will ensure that our projects are executed with precision, meeting client expectations and quality standards.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and design specifications.
• Create detailed drawings, plans, and models using AutoCAD software.
• Generate accurate and comprehensive 2D and 3D drawings for PEB structures.
• Ensure drawings adhere to industry codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Review and revise drawings as necessary based on feedback and project changes.
• Work closely with project managers to maintain project schedules and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively within the team to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
• Qualifications:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software is a must.
• Previous experience in detailing Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) will be a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of architectural and engineering drawings and principles.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

A degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
