PEB Site Engineer (For CONGO deputation only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled PEB Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the design and development of Pre-Engineered Buildings. Candidates with a background in facade engineering will be given preference. This is an immediate opportunity for a motivated professional to be part of a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Analysis: Design and analyze PEB structures, including frames, walls, and roofs, using

Project Planning: Plan and coordinate PEB projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.

Structural Calculations: Perform structural calculations for PEB components, considering loads, stresses, and material properties.

Site Supervision: Supervise PEB construction sites, ensuring quality control and compliance with design specifications.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks, ensuring PEB structures meet design and construction standards.

Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure project requirements are met.

Code Compliance: Ensure PEB designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including production, to deliver PEB projects.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to new technologies, software, and design methodologies.

Preparation of List of equipment manpower and as per the requirement of other planning etc.

Daily reporting to RA and tracking project schedule, escalating effectively and timely.

Methods of Prefabricated Steel Members:

Fabrication Methods:

Welding: Beam-to-column connections, plate fabrication, and tubular structures.

Bolting: Bolted connections for beam-to-column, bracket, and truss assemblies.

Riveting: Riveted connections for structural steel framing.

Punching and Drilling: Precise hole cutting for bolts and screws.

Cutting: Sawing, shearing, or flame cutting for component preparation.

Prefabricated Steel Member Types:

Beams and Columns: I-beams, H-beams, and square/rectangular tubes.

Trusses: Prefabricated roof and floor trusses.

Joists: Open-web steel joists for flooring and roofing.

Decking: Steel deck plates for flooring and roofing.

Panels: Prefabricated steel wall and roof panels.

Standards and Codes:

AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction)

ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)

AWS (American Welding Society)

ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers)

Requirements:

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Experience : 5-8 years of proven expertise in PEB design and development.

Technical Proficiency : Skilled in design software such as STAAD, ETABS, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.

Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

Teamwork : Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary : ?50,000 - ?70,000 per month (commensurate with experience).

Additional Benefits : Allowances provided during deputation to Congo.
