WeLive Foundation would like to reach out to childcare institutions (CCIs) across India to share information about our programs for care leavers. We would like your support to connect with CCIs that you work with. WeLive Foundation (https://welivefoundation.org.in) is a Bengaluru-based organization that offers a residential Bridge Program for young people who step out of childcare institutions at the age of 18. We have one residential centre for men and another for women, both in Bengaluru. The young men and women who live in our centres as a part of the Bridge Program work, study and learn under the two pillars of our program, which are well-being and work readiness. They can be a part of the program for 3 to 5 years and step out when they feel ready and equipped to live independently. The program offers them support to start their independent living with optimism, confidence, skills, education, and work experience for a fulfilling, secure and meaningful life. We are also offering online/offline workshops for children (12-18 years) in CCIs and short-duration residential camps (for 2 weeks in Bengaluru) for care leavers to help them navigate the transition to independent living. : -Passionate about teaching with Adolescence children. -Enthusiastic and willing to work on new aged learning skills. -Ready to take the feedback to improve his/her teaching skills from the learning & development team. -Having professional experience in teaching of minimum 1 year for grade 3 and above is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Part-time hours: 8 per week Benefits:
