This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to drive operational excellence, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your primary goal will be to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver high-quality services to stakeholders across Project Development Services with multiple services and locations.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:

• Partner with the Global & Regional PDS leaders to execute and implement a strategic roadmap for shared services operations in India, aligning it with the PDS businesses overall objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation to drive efficiency gains and cost optimization.

Team Management:

• Build and lead a high-performing team of shared services professionals, ensuring appropriate training, development, and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze existing shared services processes and systems to identify areas for optimization and implement best practices.
• Streamline and automate workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Continuously monitor service performance metrics and implement corrective actions as required.

Service Delivery and Stakeholder Management:

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shared services to internal stakeholders, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their requirements and effectively managing expectations.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to shared services operations in India.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls, compliance procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.

Quality and Operational Excellence:

• Implement and maintain project management best practices, processes, and tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Continuously assess and improve project delivery methodologies and strategies.
• Drive operational excellence, identify process inefficiencies, and implement improvement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all cost management activities, including cost estimation, budget development, tracking and control
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the design team, ensuring that design solutions meet project goals, budget constraints, and adhere to quality standards
• Conduct regular project reviews to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Serve as a subject matter expert on cost management, design coordination, and project management office functions, providing guidance and support to project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master\'s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 18-20 years of experience in project management, construction, or development, with a focus on commercial real estate.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, systems, and best practices
• Someone knowledgeable in various software including AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in cost estimation software, project management tools, and design coordination platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification in project management, cost management, or design coordination
• Experience working in a global or matrix organization
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building certifications
• Seasoned, influential leader with experience of leading successful team
• Solid track record of delivering multiple projects and winning opportunities in a highly competitive market
• Familiarity with JLL\'s core messages and value proposition, demonstrating a deep understanding of how to deliver exceptional value to clients.
