### Job Summary:


We are looking for a highly skilled Senior User Interaction Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in building responsive web applications using React.js and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our design system component library.

### What you've to do:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications
• Maintain and enhance the design system component library used by various teams across the enterprise.
• Develop reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Follow principles of test driven development and ensure test coverage across different repositories
• Document and communicate component usage, best practices, and guidelines to other teams.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.



Work Experience

What you've done:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS and CSS Modules
• Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
