Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer-Talent Acquisition
Role Summary:
The HR Shared Services Coordinator will provide high quality, comprehensive support on key HR processes and HR transactions that involve supporting applicants at Vail Resorts from their initial application through their transition to an active employee. This role will deliver exceptional customer service and reliable answers to applicants, employees and people managers. They will also execute efficient processes resulting in more consistent data and insights.
Responsibilities:
Serves as primary point of contact for applicants, acting as a guide to open positions depending on candidate preference, qualifications, and business needs.
Facilitate screening process, informational phone calls and text messages, interviews, and offers to ensure appropriate staffing for all significant operating periods
Execute all operational processes, and complete associated documentation, that support the hiring process.
Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements for all processes
Create a positive team environment and exceptional service culture by demonstrating Vail Resorts values in all interactions
Provide feedback for continuous process improvement to assist in the TASS learning cycle .
Manage multiple tools such as applicant tracking system workflow, knowledge management database, and reporting platforms .
May be asked to work on projects, transactional work, working requests through Service Now cases, and communicating to hiring managers in regards to their job requisitions .
Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
This is seasonal work that will most likely be August to December .
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or equivalent education
Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs with exceptional outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use a PC as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other human capital management software.
Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Experience with high volume recruiting - preferred
