We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Patient Care Professional to join our team at Maxivision Eye Hospitals

Position Title: Patient Care Professional
Location: AS Rao Nagar and Chandanagar

Job Summary:
As a Patient Care Provider in an Eye Hospital, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients seeking ophthalmic treatment. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of patient care, including assistance with examinations, administering treatments, and providing support and education to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Support and Comfort:
• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with registration and paperwork.
• Escort patients to examination rooms and ensure their comfort and privacy.
• Address any concerns or questions patients may have and provide reassurance as needed.
• Assistance with Examinations and Procedures:
• Prepare examination rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Assist ophthalmologists and optometrists during examinations and procedures, including taking patient histories, measuring vital signs, and preparing instruments.
• Provide support to patients during procedures, explaining processes and ensuring compliance with instructions.
• Treatment Administration:
• Administer prescribed eye drops, medications, or treatments under the direction of healthcare providers.
• Ensure proper documentation of administered treatments and patient responses.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
