Job summary:
This job is to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to potential customers. Their responsibilities include: making cold calls to generate leads, explaining product details, and closing sales deals. Sales representatives generally interact with customers throughout the sales process. Their responsibilities include: Identifying customer needs, Pitching relevant products or services, and Ensuring customers have a positive experience.

• Meeting with clients : Making appointments with existing and potential clients
• Providing product information : Sharing details about company products, prescription drugs, and new product launches
• Meeting sales goals : Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Exploring new markets : Looking for new business opportunities
• Maintaining records : Keeping customer call and administrative records
• Attending events : Attending seminars, pharma expos, and webinars
• Providing after-sale services : Providing services to clients after the sale
