Job Description

• Develop and implement production schedules.
• Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
• Analyze production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of machinery.
• Enforce strict quality assurance standards at every stage of PCB manufacturing.
• Address any defects or inconsistencies in products and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise and coordinate the production team.
• Provide training and ensure staff adherence to safety and operational protocols.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure timely procurement of components to avoid production delays.
• Optimize production costs without compromising quality.
• Develop budgets and monitor expenses.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety norms.
• Conduct regular safety drills and risk assessments.
• Work with design and engineering teams to address manufacturability issues.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Quickly identify and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and workforce challenges.
• Maintain records of production metrics and prepare detailed reports.
• Use data analytics to forecast production trends and improve operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,487.76 - ?42,605.06 per month
