We are looking for a skilled PCB Assembler to join our team. As a PCB Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to design specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in soldering, component placement, and performing quality checks on assembled boards. The role demands precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) following engineering drawings and specifications.
-Perform surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering operations.
-Install components on PCBs, ensuring proper orientation and placement.
-Use PCB assembly tools and equipment such as soldering irons, reflow ovens, and pick-and-place machines.
-Inspect finished PCBs for any defects or imperfections, including visual inspection and testing.
-Perform functional tests on assembled PCBs to ensure they meet quality standards.
-Document work performed, including any deviations from the assembly procedure.
-Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve assembly issues.
-Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
-Troubleshoot and identify problems with PCB assemblies and work to resolve them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or training in electronics or related field is preferred.
-Proven experience as a PCB Assembler or similar role in electronics manufacturing.
-Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes, including SMT and through-hole soldering.
