Join us as in Product Control in the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Team. Primary responsibility of the function is to ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting of the Firm?s P&L, Balance Sheet along with detailed Analysis. Product Control also guards the banks trading activities via the provision of reliable and significant financial information provided to the business managers, external business partners and other relevant internal constituents. As an ENO in Product Control Analytics, you will:
Perform daily PL / analyse PL drivers, PL commentaries as and when required, solve pro-duction issues if any
Perform Month-end PL reconciliation/ analyse BS and PL moves / PL and BS commentaries / sort out adhoc issues / Perform all ME close related task within stipulated time frame for ME close.
Understand financial products traded and the process flows that exists across various departments within the Bank (Front Office, Operations and Financial Accounting departments).
Manage any issues that arise on the daily/monthly processes and drive resolution in an efficient and timely manner
Drive resolution of issues that arise from the day to day and monthly processes with a view to resolving these in an efficient and timely manner.
Ensure delivery is satisfactory in accordance with the KPI and KRI for the control function
Obtain understanding of the underlying businesses and develop, maintain, and govern an effective control framework
Suggest and implement improvements in execution over the wider group

Chartered Accountant / MBA from reputed institute
Detailed knowledge around accounting of capital market products
Have a solid control focused mindset, attention to detail
Is dedicated, hardworking and takes initiative to deliver on time with high level of integrity and flexibility
Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentational) skills
Supportive and adaptable team member who can build strong positive relationships
Minimum 1 to 2 years of PC experience or 2-3 years hedge fund equivalent experience required
