Job Description
Primary ResponsibilitiesThe role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the Asia PB Capital Intro Team. The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active and self-motivated person to assist the team in day to day activities.
- Updating & Maintaining PB roadshow details in firm systems
- Updating firm system with relationship mandates, coverage notes, overviews, performances, etc.
- Monthly analysis of investor conversations
- Meeting Calendar maintenance for the team
- Managing Conference registrations
- Sending and updating data of client/investor like blurbs etc.
- Requesting accesses for firm system for clients and filling in the fund info
- Adding contacts/creating investor entities in firm systems
- Pulling and saving down fund profiles as they are submitted via firm systems
- Pre-populate profiles from Word doc to firm system
- Maintenance of fund tear sheets for a list of clients
- Monthly snapshot of HF performance
- Maintenance of various excel spreadsheets involving HF data
- Graduate/MBA with 1-2 year equity market work experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint. Knowledge of VBA/Macro will be an added advantage.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactiveness towards learning and executing tasks.
