Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule drivers for staff transportation, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Manage and monitor driver performance and attendance.
• Maintain accurate records of driver schedules and attendance.
• Utilize Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including data analysis and reporting.
• Perform advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables to support data-driven decisions.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and staff to coordinate schedules and address any issues.
• Assist in training new drivers and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Generate regular reports on driver performance and attendance metrics.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in transportation or logistics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data management.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
