Payroll Specialist Location: Pune, India Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Payroll Specialist to support the creation and execution of our global payroll function. This role will be responsible for assisting the Global Payroll Manager in implementing, and running the payroll processes and systems for US and India and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, while also maintaining a consistent and efficient global payroll operation. Skills/Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field required with a preference towards a master\xe2\x80\x99s degree and/or payroll certification.
5+ years of experience in global payroll management, with a track record of setting up payroll operations in multiple countries. In-depth knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
