General

• The position is responsible for the daily activities associated with timely and accurate processing of transactions and handling employee queries and forms at the Employee PF Desk at Gurgaon office for Bechtel India employees.
• The position calls for high service delivery aptitude.
• Candidate will be responsible for entering/maintaining employee PF / Superannuation and Gratuity data and inputs in the software, running and uploading various reports, catering to activation and enrolling of employees on the EPFO portal and various related compliances.
• Job duties include validation and uploading of files for contribution payments before software upload and processing them on the bank portal for payment, as also processing of various employee settlements generating ad-hoc MIS reports and working closely with the LIC / EPFO and bank counterparts.
• The person will be responsible for verifying manually entered transactions to ensure accurate processing.
• Managing email box and resolving employee/project queries and preparing various ad-hoc reports and matrix reports as per the demands of the process.
• Candidate must apply sound financial analysis concepts beyond the simple adherence to detailed procedures and instructions, recommending solutions to unusual problems.
• Assist with functional testing and provides feedback and support for system design changes and enhancements.
• Assignments call for strong judgment and resourcefulness to resolve problems where solutions are not obvious.
• The position requires good communication and inter-personal skills.
