Responsibilities:
We are looking for qualified candidates with payroll experience to work in the People Operations team. Employees in this role support India and Philippines compensation and benefits and human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with our business goals. Job role and responsibilities: • Perform validation of time sheetsfor each pay period.
• Maintain Leave validation and LOP schedules.
• Ensure the accurate calculations of NSA, OT, Shift differentials.
• Process deductions, Incentives and provide the supporting documents to Payroll team.
• Address payroll-related queries.
• Oversee changes to employee schedules, Promotion, Transfer etc.
• Process terminations and follow up with departments on the NOC status.
• Processing PF and ESIC for all the new hires.
• Ensure accurate Employee Master Data (Onboarding, Separations) in HR system on timely basis.
• Maintain employees' personnel files in compliance with corporate, federal and state standards.
• Support global onboarding process documentation.
• Collaborate with different departments to resolve employee queries/issues.
• Perform other HR- Shared service duties.
Qualifications:
Job requirements and qualifications :
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Graduation in any stream or Full time Diploma Holders.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, night shift (Business requirement).
• Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong work ethic, able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity.
• Fast learner, proactive, agility to function in a fast-changing innovative environment.
• Able to work with the team and independently to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Adapt at working with diverse teams of different cultures and personalities.
