Payroll Processing:Accurately calculate employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.Process payroll on a regular schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.Records Management:Maintain accurate payroll records, including timesheets, attendance, and other required documentation.Update employee records to reflect promotions, terminations, and changes in pay.Compliance:Ensure payroll processes adhere to government regulations and tax obligations.Submit payroll taxes, unemployment contributions, and other deductions on time.Reporting:Prepare and generate payroll reports for management, finance teams, and auditing purposes.Assist in the preparation of year-end tax documentation and employee W-2 forms (or local equivalents).Problem Solving:Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries from employees.Handle any payroll-related disputes or issues in a timely manner.Collaboration:Work with the Human Resources department to ensure accurate employee data.Coordinate with finance teams to align payroll with the company's financial plans.
