Job description \xc3\x98 Payroll management- End to End Payroll Processing from compiling the details to issuance of Form-16 \xc3\x98 Experience of doing payroll of 250 plus employees for different locations. \xc3\x98 Taking care of labour law compliances ( PT, ESI, PF, LWF, Leave policies, etc.) \xc3\x98 Different registers to be maintained and returns to be filed under various acts & laws \xc3\x98 Visit clients and PF, ESI, PT offices \xe2\x80\x93 whenever required \xc3\x98 Understanding and implement (as and when applicable) new labour codes \xc3\x98 Handling grievance of the employees \xc3\x98 Overall HR activities of the client companies \xc3\x98 MIS report generation \xc3\x98 Taking care of the entire employee life cycle Defining, improvising and maintaining processes and systems related \xc3\x98 Implementation of various HR Policies \xc3\x98 Doing induction of the new employees \xc3\x98 Taking care of separation and exit formalities \xc3\x98 Perform the duties as per the guidelines given, as and when assigned by the management Job Type: Full-time
