Functional Skills:
1. 12-16 years\' Experience in Finance and Accounting/ Payroll. Shared Services/ GIC experience preferred.
2. Handled Payroll end to end for European entities - UK/ Germany preferred .
3. Worked closely with 3rd party Payroll service providers
4. Transitioned work from different locations
5. Supervised teams of minimum 5 members
6. Reviewed key deliverables and adherence to payroll calendars
7. Driven standardization and process improvements
Other Skills:
1.Education : Graduate in Commerce, with a full time Master degree in Finance & Accounts
2.Fluent in English - Both spoken and written
3.Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook
4.Working knowledge of ERP System - Oracle NetSuite / Oracle R12 / SAP [Any one ERP desirable].
5.Willingness to work in shifts
6.Excellent Stakeholder management
7.Self- driven individual, with an ability to keep his team motivated.
8.Intuitive thinking and Problem- solving skills.
