: Payroll Executive

Job Summary:
The Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing and processing the company's payroll activities. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of payroll procedures and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
• Calculate wages, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
• Coordinate with HR for new hires, terminations, and changes in payroll status.
• Manage tax reporting and filings.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll data.
• Ensure timely processing of statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, TDS, etc.
• Assist in audits and implement recommendations as necessary.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capability to work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
