Managing day-to-day operational deliverables.
Responsible for managing PAN India/NAM/APAC/EMEA Payroll Operations
Monitor systems and methods, recommending and implementing necessary changes.
Regularly updating employee data on the HR system.
Timely collection of monthly attendance inputs and Independently
Processing Payroll data and ensuring payment of error-free salaries to employees.
Maintaining Leave Management
Timely submission of contribution challans and completion of compliance like PF, ESI, and Professional Tax, yearly and yearly returns, licence renewal etc
Statutory remittances to the concerned Authorities as per calendar, 100% compliance
Responsible for all Payroll related Audit activities.
Knowledge of Labour and other employment-related laws.
Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Headcount, attrition, wage cost etc.)
Preparing and submitting all relevant documents and reports as per the requirement in consultation.
Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
Resolving issues and answering payroll-related questions
Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
Coordinate with inter-department to address & resolve compliance-related discrepancies.
Handling sensitive employee data or reports in a discreet manner.
Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
Maintain records of wage register, leave register, attendance register, Bonus, etc
Review and improve payroll policies and procedures.
Resolution of employees\' queries effectively and timely.
coordination with the factory and labour department
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have good communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
