Payroll Executive
Job Description
We, Canpac Trends Pvt Ltd , are a leading name in the printing and packaging industry in India. Canpac has active plants at strategic locations like - Ahmedabad, Tirupur, Kolkata and an upcoming plant in South.
We are looking to hire a Payroll Executive for our plant at Bavla, Ahmedabad. The details of the job profile are as follows:
• Ensure Biometric Punching of all Employees- Direct/ Indirect, working at Canpac.
• All the data to be marked correctly in Payroll System for all Employees.
• Marking the status of employees to Inactive / Terminated if they are on uninformed long leave and those who have left.
• Maintaining Gate pass records.
• To ensure removal of data for all left employees.
• Processing the salary every month.
• Ensure up to data record in the payroll system for all employees.
Candidate with working knowledge of any payroll software would be the ideal candidate. Should have good knowledge of advance Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
