Designation : Jr. Executive/Executive (Payroll) - HRM
Responsibilities:
1) Attendance and leave management - Attendance calculation, maintain leave record, late coming record, CL/EL calculation, EL encashment, Compensatory off management
2) Payroll Management - Salary calculation and record keeping, Bonus calculation (closing of financial year), Full and final settlement of employees
3) Compliance - Timely PF, ESIC Enrollment, challan etc. Co-ordinate with consultant
4) Joining Formalities of new joiners with required docs for PF, ESIC, Bank account opening etc.
5) Other - Deposit labor wale-fare fund (twice in a year), Bank account opening, Track minimum wages circular and implement same after management approval.
6) Third party management - Novelty employees payroll management, track their Compliance related record, contract renewal
7) Filling gratuity return, bonus return etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
