Description: Don\'t duplicate profiles VMWJP00014882, VMWJP00014966 JD: Payroll Analyst is responsible for day-to-day payroll activities and completion of timely and accurate payrolls as assigned. Help team in day-to-day payroll activities under supervision which includes data collation, generating reports, follow-ups etc. Top 3 skills - Good at excel, Written /verbal communication and analyticalHybrid mode or remote - hybridShift - noLocation - BangaloreLet me know Panels n Researches and resolves basic payroll and/or tax withholding, pay deposit or reporting issues. He / She may work on provider created platforms/portals along with Vmware in house Employee query mgt. system. Major duties:Performs daily payroll activities to ensure timely and accurate payroll activities of assigned payrolls.Responds to payroll enquiries using systems or 3rd party resources to explain pay, adjustments to pay and impact of policies, tax laws and related changes.Ensuring completion of all tasks to support payroll processing and complete sign-off schedule for review ensuring any exceptions and outstanding tasks are documented.Detailed focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness of payroll related activities as assignedWork closely with other Teams to ensure that the information received from Business HR / finance teams are loaded and captured correctly in payroll system. Which includes offshore teams.Reviewing and reconciling Interface reports from WorkdayWorking with payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll delivery for the payrolls assigned. Competencies Required:Ability to work independently and with minimal supervisionAbility to work with a sense of urgency when required and uphold deadlinesAbility to handle highly sensitive and confidential information relating to payroll and HR activitiesComprehensive and working knowledge of payroll systemsStrong interpersonal skillsProblem solving , Eye for detail, should be flexible to work in pressureAbility to analyze and develop efficient processes and proceduresStrong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills & ability to prioritize responsibilitiesUnderstanding of Payroll and HR legislation and processes (ie. interpretation of awards and legislation, tax)Establishing working relationships with key HR/Finance professionals in-country as well as payroll vendorsEscalating issues to the appropriate level when required Qualification, Knowledge & Experience Required:Any graduate from any recognized university with 3-5 years of relevant experience in UK payroll operations with good understanding of statutory & labor laws.Knowledge/experience in SAP and Workday or any HRIS system Knowledge/experience in processing APAC payroll is desired.Attention to detail, ability to work as a team member and independently.Expertise to deliver within defined Turnaround Time.Proficient working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint Additional Details Alternate Job Title : PAYROLL ANALYST Have you already identified a candidate : No If yes, please provide candidate and supplier name : NO
