JOB DESCRIPTION Summary Job Overview This position will be responsible for the administration of Employee related information, data, recording and reporting, Payroll Delivery of the organization for select countries or entities. Due consideration to Compliance, internal policies, local legislation & standard processes is a high expectation. Primary objective of this function is to ensure accurate payout to employees within the agreed timelines. The position should be capable of managing the operations on a day to day. He / She will be required to work with various stake holders within and outside IQVIA Essential : . Complete Payroll - handle inputs, perform calculations, review, checks and confirm to the accuracy. . Responsible for Accurate & Timely Payroll Processing . To act upon ad hoc payroll requests in a timely manner, without impacting the business. . Handling Tier 2 queries (email, chat & ERP) & 1st point of escalations . Responsible for issue resolution involving vendors / upstream / down-stream processes . Ensures adherence to IQVIA policies and respective country legislations . Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and reporting requirements. . Participate in continuous improvement activities to exceed customer expectations and promote a professional finance organization. Checks & Controls : . Perform reconciliation & thorough checks to maintain the accuracy of payroll . Adherence to compliance / statutory recovery (Tax / pension recovery / SOX, etc) . Knowledge of statutory compliances of respective countries. . To maintain detailed audit trails for all activities, and maintain effective documentation with regard to each case. Education Level and other relevant experience : . Bachelor\'s Degree mandatory, preferrably with Tax / Accounts major . 8+ years\' Payroll experience with atleast 5+ years in any EMEA countries, preferrably in Middle East, Slovakia, Switzerland, Netherlands, Africa, etc Others: . Basic Accounting and Advance knowledge of MS office (Excel Skills) . Good Analytical skills, Good verbal & written communication . Highly motivated & Team player .
