Position: Payroll Administrator
Location: Andheri East

Experience: 1-3 years
Skills Required: Knowledge of Tally, MS Office, Payroll Processing
Key Responsibilities:
1) Administration:
Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
2) Payroll Processing:
Collect and verify employee attendance records.
Generate monthly payroll and ensure accuracy of salary calculations.
Obtain necessary approvals from clients for salary disbursements.
Disburse salaries to employees in a timely manner.
Manage statutory deductions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
3) Billing and Basic Operations:
Prepare and manage billing invoices for clients.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Maintain and update financial records using Tally.
Assist with basic office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
4) Computer Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Tally for financial and payroll management.
Qualifications:
B.Com graduate.
1-3 years of experience in administration, payroll processing, and billing.
Proficient in MS Office and Tally.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
