SECTION A: Generic BA/PO/PM Roles & Responsibilities (MUST HAVE)
Consult with client stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into functional and
non-functional requirements
You will work with / as Product Managers to evaluate the Product Roadmap to identify features for
development and identify "definition of done" for each feature
Lead robust, fast (through) inceptions (identify scope, value, solution) and Own prioritized actionable
backlogs
Manage scope and drive trade-off decisions in conjunction with internal/external stakeholders while
balancing business requirements with technical requirements
Elicit, capture, analyze and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and other
technical documentation
Work with the development team & provide walkthrough, resolve queries & communicate details in a
timely manner
Attend standups, requirement grooming meetings, estimation meetings, retrospectives and other key
meetings for the scrum team
Identify blockers that will impact timeline, scope, cost or other product variables and escalate to the
appropriate stakeholders
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationship with business and technology teams
Knowledge of Agile tools like confluence, JIRA and agile methodology
Proven ability to convert business understanding into process flows / user journeys / use case diagrams/
screen mockup with appropriate tools
Experience in leading stakeholder and team meetings with excellent communication skills (both verbal
and written), negotiating and persuasive ability to arrive at agreeable approaches
Willingness to keep learning & upskilling oneself with a flexible mindset to work in various sub-domains
and perform variety of roles as per project requirement
Experience and comfort for working with technology teams and understanding below tech stack Cloud,
Data Analysis/mapping/modelling/reporting, SQL/PLSQL, APIs, Microservices, AI & ML
