Executive Summary: \xe2\x80\xa2 The Function reports into National Manager- BIU, CREM. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage, Pre-audit vertical Head and Zonal teams processing payments \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure/showcase your expertise in payment systems, industry regulations, and fraud prevention to ensure seamless and secure payment transactions \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively supporting CREM Business Unit in tactical and strategic decision for Payments being managed by the Dept. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create & keep track of several KPIs in order to evaluate the efficiency of the selected strategy \xe2\x80\xa2 If you have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. \xe2\x80\xa2 This position require travel across Zonal.In this role, you will:

• Pre-audit/ Process payments promptly and accurately using established procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with payment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse payment trends and identify areas for improvement in payment processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain positive relationships with Internal/external customers, providing exceptional customer service \xe2\x80\xa2 Train and mentor zonal team members on payment processing procedures and best practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Reporting for the vertical. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated on industry trends and changes in payment systems and technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 The candidate should have hands on experience in payment processing, Budget variance analysis and internal audit. \xe2\x80\xa2 New Initiatives and Projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Process Improvement with competitive benchmarking.
