As you will be part of a multi - functional team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure client's funding and withdrawals occur smoothly to and from their trading account.You will be proactive with any queries and requests from clients to ensure they are answered and ensure you maintain up to date with changes to regulations and new payment trends.to date with all things Payments at IGWhat youll doAccurate and efficient processing of deposits into IG in accordance with international and local compliance regulationsProcessing and release of withdrawals across IGs different payment methods such as Card, Bank and PayPalRegulation and enforcement of IGs strict anti-money laundering controls, including the verification of bank statement and payment methodsAdministration of IGs payment and banking portals to enable effective processingProblem-solve complex issues and errors to resolve payment queriesHandling of daily reports, posting of bonuses/tax and auditsCross-departmental communication to facilitate effective handling of queriesParticipation in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise team performance.Who were looking for?Youre curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation.
