Job Summary
Cash Asset Management are a firmwide utility that provides End- to-End Cash Management that enables treasury to effectively manage the firm's balance sheet. The global team delivers operational and strategic support to Treasury CIO. Including cash position projections, predictions, and post cash movement analysis on managed accounts. Automation and enhancement of the cash movement processes and remediation of the existing cash Nostro landscape, to improve account data quality, strengthen controls and address lost revenues, increased costs, and operational inefficiencies.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work with the Cash Account Platform Expense Service Owner, to achieve all associated organisational and workforce aligned objectives.
• In support of our key values, ensuring the right expense, is in the right place, at the right time, with maximum transparency.
• Ensure that all work items are completed as per the agreed timelines.
• Drive innovative solutions for efficient operations and prioritize key technology enhancements across Expense team to support productivity and control enhancements.
• Must exhibit strong partnership abilities.
• Constantly review and update internal processes to enhance efficiency through automation, better employee, and stakeholder experience.
• Collection, collation, and analysis of data sets from sources across platforms for the purpose of advancing the Expense service.
• Partner with the global stakeholder team to enhance the Expense process.
• Partner with Network management team to solve all agent queries smoothly and on timely manner
• Participate in various testing related to system enhancement, project implementation, and new onboarding to expense initiatives.
• Identify existing data gaps in the overall Expense process and identify opportunities to visualize and create efficient MIS.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
• Monitor and validate overdraft and credit interest charges.
• Data Analysis - skills to source, analyse and visualize large data sets that leads to usable outcomes.
• Identify risks and ensure appropriate controls are put in place.
• Driving the adoption of recognised reference and configuration data sources across the Expense/Explain landscape.
• Using data to contribute to the key outcome of covering Expense for every cash account at JPMC.
• Monitor the exceptions and ensure that they're resolved in a timely manner.
• Track the changes to the procedures and ensure that the team is fully aware of the changes.
• Experience in Cash Payments, Finance or Operations
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
• Data Management - able to effectively apply best practices in data management without compromising speed and quality.
• Project Management - execution focused and risk aware, a problem solver who can articulate clear and workable solutions.
• Process design - understand the strategic objective and work to a pre-agreed framework.
