We are hiring for our client company & details are as given below:Our client, a leading and eminent manufacturer and exporter of Indian grown Organic Cotton and Yarn & having head office at Sindhu bhavan Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.Position: Payments ControllerExperience: 2 + years accounting in any company or Experience of 1 year in any manufacturing company.Salary: Up to 30kQualification: Any graduateJob Details:
- Processing & managing all payments to suppliers and receipts from vendors, Inter Company Transfers of All group companies & Promoters.
- Day to day feeding payments entries & Other entries into Tally ERP Prime.
- Processing All Tax & Compliance Payments Authorized by Management.
- Preparing & Analysing Monthly MIS with Management.
- Review of Tally ERP on a daily basis.
- Assisting in solving Audit queries
- Assisting in filing GST, TDS returns and litigation related work.
- Drafting letters, board resolutions, etc. amongst others to be used in banking, govt. compliance filings, etc.
- Manage general administrative & govt. compliance filings of the company by coordinating with various consultants.
- Other General routine work for accounts & finance controller and administrative work.
