Collection Specialist responsibilities include:
• Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments.
• Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
• Handling customer questions, complaints, and inquiries
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

• Good Knowledge on MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Exceptional Written & Oral Communication Skills
