1. Greeting the patient with a smile and assessand prioritize patient's welfare needs and undertake appropriate interventions.
2. Be an enthusiastic ambassador for Star Hospital, liaising with respective Team regarding patients&families.
3. Orienting about our Feedback Mechanism to all new admissions on Daily basis.
4. Meeting all the patients and explaining them their rights and responsibilities
5. Addressing the patient concerns. A rapid personal response is given in support of crisis situations or on call.
6. Recognize issues immediatelyconcerning to children or vulnerable patientsand taking appropriate actions.
7. Monitoring the Feedback Application and ensure closure and updating of the same in daily review meeting.
8. Encourage Happy Patients to submit Testimonials.
9. Address Patient Grievances:
10. Meet with admitted Patients regularly with concerned HOD'S, enquire about their problems / complaints and resolve immediately.
11. Meet with the attendants of the patients admitted in ICU and address their queries.
12. Meet with patients who are planned for discharge and provide "Thank you Letters".
13. Give high quality emotional and practical support to relatives of seriously ill patients and to those who are bereaved.
14.Follow-up of Feedback with HOD'S to reduce the TAT and maintain the benchmark.
15. Feedback/complaint received through social media reviews to be routed through PWO and Operations Head, conduct RCA by PWO followed by authorization from Operations Head for closure within timeline.
16. Oversee the redressal of grievances/complaints received from the patients in a timely and satisfactory manner.
17. Prepare, update and circulate list of VIP patients regularly to top management
