Job Overview:

The Patient Support Associate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for international patients undergoing treatment in India. This role involves direct interaction with patients, assisting them with various needs, and coordinating with healthcare providers and facilities to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Graduates of 2024 or earlier
• Proferred at least 6 months of work experience
• BDS and Medical Graduates who wants to build their career in corporate preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort in navigating uncertainty.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Patient Assistance: Provide comprehensive on ground support to international patients, including accompanying them to medical appointments, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Coordination: Liaise with hospitals to facilitate seamless patient experiences and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for international patients, addressing their concerns, queries, and needs promptly and professionally.
• Documentation: Assist patients with necessary documentation, including medical records, insurance paperwork, and other relevant documents.
• Language Support: Offer translation and interpretation services as needed to bridge language barriers between patients and healthcare providers.
• Accommodation and Logistics: Assist with the arrangement of accommodation, transportation, and other logistics for patients and their families.
