Job Description

Overview: As a Patient Relationship Officer (PRO) at our diagnostic centre, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all our patients. You will be the primary point of contact for patients, providing assistance, information, and support throughout their visit to our centre. Your responsibilities will include handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during their interaction with us.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction:
• Greet patients warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information about our services, appointment availability, and pricing.
• Schedule appointments and ensure proper documentation of patient information.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Handle patient complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
• Follow up with patients to gather feedback on their experience and ensure satisfaction.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records in our system.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Promotion of Services:
• Inform patients about new services, promotions, or packages offered by the centre.
• Assist in marketing activities to promote the diagnostic centre's services in the community.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and data protection standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Patient Relationship Officer, Customer Service Representative, or similar role in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in computer systems and electronic health records (EHR) software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,107.77 per month
