Job Description

• Patient Appointment Scheduling
• Coordinating with the Tele/Video Consultations with doctors & patients
• Coordinating with Clinic Executives on the appointment
• The billing process for the tele/video consultations.
• To collect feedback (Forms & google review) for all the patients.
• Responsible for the Lead generations
• Tracking the footfalls /conversions
• Outbound calls of all dropped / missed calls.

Education: Any Graduates (Graduation is a must)

Experience: Preferrably from Hospital industry or candidates with BPO experience can also apply.

Shifts: No Night shift but rotational shifts between 8 am to 08 pm (8 :30 hrs 6 days a week with one week off)

Candidate should know to converse in English, Kannada & Hindi.

Should have a good hold on english language to speak, write and read.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
