Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Health Insurance Executive to assist patients and their families with billing support, insurance processing, and guiding them through health insurance options. The role involves both office-based responsibilities and home visits, with 80% of the work being desk-based and 20% involving travel for patient meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients and families in understanding hospital bills and insurance claims. Pitch suitable health insurance plans to patients/families as per their needs. Liaise with hospital billing departments to ensure smooth insurance claim processing. Support patient families during hospitalization and home care scenarios. Follow up on claim approvals, documentation, and disbursement. Maintain detailed records of all patient interactions and insurance cases. Achieve monthly targets for insurance sales and service delivery. Represent the hospital/organization with professionalism and empathy.
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of health insurance products and claims process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle emotional or stressful situations with patience and compassion. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in Hindi and English.
Qualifications:

Any Graduation (preferred in commerce, life sciences, or healthcare-related fields). 1-3 years of experience in health insurance sales, preferably in a hospital or insurance company setup.
Working Conditions:
