Patient Counselor
Job Description
Responsibilities: Provide empathetic and informative counseling to patients at the eye hospital. Explain medical procedures, treatment options, and post-operative care to patients. Address patient concerns and answer inquiries related to eye health and treatments. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a cohesive patient care experience. Maintain patient records, including treatment plans and counseling sessions. Assist in coordinating appointments and follow-up care for patients. Educate patients on preventive eye care practices and lifestyle adjustments. Stay informed about advancements in ophthalmic treatments and technologies. Foster a supportive and comforting environment for patients undergoing eye-related procedures. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in patient interactions.
