Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our team. The Patient Coordinator will be the first point of contact with patients, manage incoming leads, coordinate product and service requests of patients with vendors
Key Responsibilities:
Determine the eligibility of callers for drug support services and appropriately document their information.
Collaborate with MRs to collect patient leads via WhatsApp.
Ensure prompt and accurate documentation of patient leads into the CRM system.
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery process of products and services to breast cancer patients enrolled in the digital program with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and track medication shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure adherence to service level agreements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer support roles, patient/customer facing roles preferred
Prior experience in healthcare settings is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to work with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using CRM software preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
