The Patient Care/Pharmacy Executive is responsible for assisting patients in their healthcare journey, managing the pharmacy operations efficiently, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications, and maintaining a high standard of patient care. The role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of pharmaceuticals and an ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:Patient Care:
• Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Address patient inquiries related to medications, prescriptions, and treatment plans.
• Provide information on medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects.
• Assist in organizing and managing patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with doctors and other Clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Monitor and manage patient feedback, resolving any issues or concerns.
Pharmacy Management:
• Dispense prescribed medications to patients accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and organize the pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
• Prepare and label medications with accurate information including dosage, usage, and expiry date.
• Perform regular audits of medications and update stock records .
Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of patient prescriptions and treatments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on pharmacy sales, inventory, and patient inquiries.
• Ensure all documentation is update.
• Coordinate with the management team for stock requirements and inventory orders.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare .
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Clinic/Hospital medication protocols and healthcare regulations.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain medical terms and medications to patients clearly.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process prescriptions and maintain detailed patient records.
• Customer Service: Compassionate and professional approach towards patients and their families.
• Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of Microsoft Office
Working Hours:
• Full-time position with rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
