Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic, dynamic individuals to join our team as Patient Care Coordinators - Research Specialists. In this role, you will play a critical part in capturing patient feedback and driving positive changes in hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with patients daily within partner hospitals to collect their experiences.
• Understand patients' feedback and accurately record it into an app using a tablet.
• Play a crucial role in the solution delivery process by identifying valuable insights to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fresh graduates from any discipline with a pleasant personality are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory.
• Candidates with backgrounds in Psychology or Hospitality are preferred.
• Female candidates are preferred.
