Role & responsibilities
Provide excellent patient care / customer service to visitors.
Respond and guide patients/attendants and provide relevant information.
Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
. Manage and maintain the reception area.
Ensure a tidy and professional appearance of the front desk / office.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking meeting rooms.
Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Qualification : Graduate
Skills:
Proven experience as Patient Care Executive or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills and problem-solving skills.
