Job Description

u Directs the patients and attenders to the appropriate departments or staff.

u Screen vulnerable and local patients and assign to the appropriate consultants on priority

u Accompanies/directs patients to various departments/nursing stations.

u Post consultation Counsel the patient and guide to the billing counter

u Tracking the conversion report over advised admission and diagnostics of every footfall

u To achieve 90% of conversion rate

u To keep a track on appointment patients and monitor the dropouts

u To maintain the TAT for walking patients and appointment patients on scheduled time

u To ensure, physician advised diagnostics is being done completely and filled in order

u Marking arrival of OP patients and QMS protocol being followed on the cluster

u Ensuring the daily availability of the consultants is being shared on time

u To strictly follow the Telephonic ethics.

u To maintain all the records as per the standard procedure.

u Resolve billing and chargeability queries raised by the internal and external patients.

u Preparing the file as per the Doctors OPD day

u Maintaining the relevant registers/ records as per NABH/JCI Protocol.

u Responsible to all such activities assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
