- 9:30 pm to 6:30 am
Job location: Elippode, Trivandrum (WFO)
Experience : 1 year work experience
Qualification: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a medical field (BAMS, BHMS, BDS, D Pharm, Pharm D, B Pharm, Paramedics)

Responsibilities: Monitoring and responding to clinician queries in the patient groups assigned Communicating with the clinicians on patient related updates Coordinating with clinicians if any additional disciplines are required for patients Inform and remind clinicians to make sure labs prescribed to patients are carried out on time. Follow up with clinicians on visits confirmation Clinician visit plotting as per frequency provided by clinicians Obtain clinician visit authorization from authorities concerned. Initiate discussions with clinicians when needed Report escalations to Team Leads on real-time basis. Any other tasks assigned from time to time. Willing to work in flexible shift from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum. Qualifications Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a medical field (BAMS, BHMS, BDS, D Pharm, Pharm D, B Pharm, Paramedics) Good communication skills Good Patient care attitude Willing to work in night shift (9:30 pm to 6:30 am)
